The regulation of MissYoupi.com Internet service - www.missyoupi.com
§ 1
  1. The Internet service MissYoupi.com is named the Service.
  2. The service is intended for doing virtual shopping, creating virtual clothes collections, designing own virtual clothing, chating with other users and evaluating other users' collections.
  3. The regulation states the rules and conditions of the service done by electronic way directed to users through the medium of the Service.
§ 2
  1. An adult natural person possessing the rightful ability to law activities can be a user of the Service. A juvenile person and/or a person who does not possess the rightful ability to law activities can be a user of the service after parent's or guardian's by statue permission.
  2. Users' registration is done by creating a unique name called (login) , giving an e-mail address, password, name, surname, origin, date of birth and accepting the following regulation. If the users are under the age of 13, additional information such as parents'/guardians' permission and their e-mail address might be needed.
  3. Creating and using the account in the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
  4. Through the acceptance of the regulation, the users agrees for receiving commercial information sent by the Service or the companies which cooperate with the Service.
§ 3
  1. After the registration, users have right to use the Service within the range:
    • creating and modifying own profile in the Service,
    • using own photos (holding copyrights) to present models' faces in a user's profile,
    • viewing and assessing registered users' collections,
    • adding comments to other users' collections,
    • assessing other users' collections,
    • removing comments written by other users to one's own profile,
    • participating in competitions and promotions led by the Service and companies which cooperate with the Service,
    • buying virtual clothes to create one's own collection,
    • designing own virtual clothes.
  2. The moment the user sends his/her design of the clothes to he Service, the user agrees for using this design by Service.
§ 4
  1. Service works in HTML, AdobeFlash and JavaSript technology. JavaScript and cookies should be activated.
  2. To use the Service it is necessary to have Internet access and Internet browser with installed Adobe Flash Player in version 9 or above.
§ 5
  1. Service reserves the rights to:
    • temporary suspension of the service function,
    • deny an access for the user or immediate removal of the account of the user who breaks the regulation,
    • remove materials (especially graphic files) which are suspected of breaking the copyrights,
    • block or remove the juvenile person's account, at parent's/ guardian's request,
    • change the content of the regulation,
    • control the texts and materials placed in the service,
    • change prices in the Service.
§ 6
  1. It is forbidden:
    • giving false personal details during registration,
    • creating more than one account with use of the same e-mail address,
    • placing files in the profile for which one has no right or placing comments which violate the copyrights,
    • writing offending comments to other users' collections,
    • swearing, writing texts with racial and sexual character,
    • harassment and making other users nervous,
    • revealing your personal data, password or personal details of other users,
    • impersonate the Service employee,
    • using the service by under age person without parent's or guardian's permission,
    • using the Service for other reasons than those mentioned in §1 point 2.
    • to proclaim other users' personal e-mail addresses and other contact data which enable users to contact regardless of the private message system created by the Service,
    • advertising commercial services and products without the permission of Service,
    • advertising competitive companies without the permission of Service,
    • placing pornographic links and details of this kind of character,
    • placing state secret or professional secret information,
    • placing information encroaching on sb's rights.
§ 7
  1. Service is not responsible for:
    • entities that provide services for the users in order to ensure the Internet access and access to the Service,
    • disruption in service functioning caused by technical problems or update of the software,
    • damage caused by users' or a third party's forbidden activity,
    • damage caused by users' or a third party's criminal activity.
  2. The exclusive responsibility for the content placed in the Service lies by the side of the user.
§ 8
  1. "Youpi credits" are the virtual money used only in the Service to acquire benefits offered by the Service.
  2. The user who signs the agreement agrees for initializing of the agreement by Service since the day the agreement was signed.
  3. According to art. 10 par. 3 point 1 of the act dated 2nd March 2000 about Customer protection and responsibility for a dangerous product and the change of the civil code (Journal of Laws No 22, item 271 with changes dated 31st March 2000)the customer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement if there was an agreement for prompt services.
  4. Service company can terminate the agreement with an immediate effect if the regulation is violated.
  5. Due to the fact that the user who signs the agreement agrees for services from the day the agreement is signed, the user has no right to terminate the agreement in terms of 10 days since the agreement was signed without giving the reason for its termination.
  6. Any disruption in functioning of "Youpi credits" can be complained by a user after filling in the form on a contact page.
§ 9
  1. Personal data are processed by Service as Administrator of data only for the use of the service. Processing of data is consistent with the regulations of Personal Data Protection Act and Act of e-services.
  2. The user can have access to his/her personal data, can change them and can demand a removal of the data.
  3. The user who gives the data agrees for sending these data to a third party who acts in the name of Service services.
  4. The users' personal data are also used for sending to users the information about the company and its services. The user can resign from receiving this information after contact with the Service.
§ 10
  1. Regulation is obliged from 1 st September 2009 until further notice.
  2. Regarding matters not regulated in the presented regulation, the rules of the law in force are used.
